Most of the windmills are very high, there is potential risk of ice formation on the blades. If the ice falls down, it's a potential risk for everybody under the windmill. So there has to be a warning sign when the windmills standing on a public place.
Therefore Lux Lumen came into the picture. We created a high efficient pulsating red LED fixture on a battery powered backup system.
