You need to control multiple channels? You need silent AC switching? The the 3316R-EP may be the solution to all of your problems. Zero-voltage controlled and optically isolated solid state triac switches control 16 outputs and are capable to switch loads up to 240VAC @ 500W per output. The 3316R-EP is thus also best suited to drive incandescent lamps, AC relays, , solenoids and similar applications. The compact module is powered from 230VAC.
To drive inductive loads, the decoder features built-in freewheeling diodes. Control is via DMX152 or DMX RDM, and the 3308R-EP can be configured using any compatible industry standard RDM controller. The 3316R-EP comes complete with DMX start address board 3000P, which can be used for start address, personality and DMX HOLD mode configuration. The 3308R-EP consists of 4 DMX personalities (modes of operation): single channel mode, bit mode, switching hysteresis, and ladder mode (VU-meter simulation).
