This is a device that converts DMX signal in an analogue 1V-10V signal and can switch relay outputs. It allows a fluorescent tube light system to go to an OFF state using standard 1V~10V ballasts. This is a real plus over traditional 1V~10V systems that typically feature 10~100% dim-control, but will never go to a complete blackout.
